Devil May Cry 2
Commentary
One of my biggest sticking points was the lack of apparent plot in this game.
Certainly, much was cleared up once I played through Lucia's scenario, but still,
I don't like wondering why I am going through this game. It's not fun to ponder
such things during repeated battles with things that are trying to kill you.
It's just not kosher.
Gameplay, however, is fantastic. Dante moves wonderfully with no sticking in
the controls, and the ability to run along a wall greatly improves your style
ratings for your combos. You can also switch out your abilities for more effective
use during the game.
Devil May Cry 2 has its high points and its lows, but all in all, it's a good
gaming experience.
